Me, Nicole, and Twilight

Nicole and I had our first sleepover this weekend and we had a great time! Friday night, we watched Twilight (NOT for the first time) and Saturday, we went around to all the local places where it was filmed. Truth be told, I'm not a huge Twilight fan, but I AM a Nicole fan! She rocks! She so fun and funny. She's also a real fashionista. I just love hanging out with her. (plug for Big Brothers/Big Sisters: check it out!)

So fun! I wonder if there really is a restaurant called "The Bloated Toad" like in the movie. Looks like you had a blast! :) I wish you were here to go to opening night movies with us - especially the Twilight movies. The crowd is so fun- hooting and hollering when one of the characters walks into a scene for the first time. We are like little kids. ;P

Jo: I actually enjoy the movie more than the book. My friend, Tae-Ja, is a FANATIC and my stepdaughter LOVES the books so I'm reading them. I find Bella annoying.

Hez: I love Nicole - we have so much fun together. The other day, we were complimenting each other. I said, "Well, YOU have beautiful green eyes." She said, "Well, YOU have beautiful blue eyes." I said, "YOU have awesome shoes." She goes, "YOU have awesome...." then she looked down at my shoes and finished her sentence "...Oh. Sorry." I laughed so hard! I told her she had to be careful teasing that way because I can handle it, but not everyone can!

Tracy: Funny fact about the Bloated Toad. It does NOT exist! In fact, the building they filmed it in is vacant and for rent. You wouldn't know it was that building because the film crew painted it, set up the lattice, put up the lights, set up the "restaurant" inside. It's kind of weird. Sounds like you guys have a lot of fun at the premiere! My friend, Tae-Ja, would LOVE that!

Is this the Tae-Ja we used to hang out with when we all lived in Ronan?

Tracy: YES! I was wondering if you would remember her. She moved out here in 1994 and stayed! We see each other about 3 times a week.
