Gained: 2.2 pounds
Worked out: 1 and a half times this week
Daily plate: no days

Ya take the good, ya take the bad, ya take 'em both and there ya have.....

MY WEIGHT LOSS SAGA!

I did not have a whole lot of good days this week so I am actually not surprised by the weight gain. This is a learning process.......

Goals for this week:
Keep the Daily Plate for one full day
Work out 3x this week
